As a leader in the mortgage industry for the Metro Denver and Summit County communities, I have had the privilege to serve over 2200 families and fund over 3400 loans in my 27 years of experience. Over that time, I have become an expert in serving a variety of clients with different needs. My expertise is applied to each individual loan, including Conventional (Fixed Rates and Adjustable Rates), FHA Mortgages, VA, and Jumbo.
I attribute being a top producer, to consulting with each client personally. We assess which mortgage program will be most beneficial. In addition, I provide a loan comparison and fees worksheet upfront, so every client is informed when making any critical decisions prior to purchasing a home or refinancing their current mortgage. Not only do I consult about loan programs, I also keep myself educated about the financial markets that overall affect the movement of mortgage interest rates. As part of my service and commitment to each client, I send updates starting from the very beginning of the loan selection process and they continue after closing with annual mortgage reviews.
On a more personal note, I was born and raised in Colorado. I spent most of my childhood growing up in Golden. Then in 1988, I attended Colorado State University, wherein 1992, I earned a degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. My husband, Eric, has been by my side since 1992, and together we have two children, a 21-year-old daughter and 19-year-old son. I can't forget to mention, 2 dogs, Brixton and Bella, our Golden Retrievers. We love to ski (both downhill and cross country), bike and hike as a family. When I have time, I like to play tennis, dance and read.

Littleton, Colorado is my home; although I am native to the fine state of Indiana and my alma mater is Indiana Central University. A cheerleader in high school, I root for the Broncos and the Avalanche! My first job was at age 13 de-tasseling corn in the humid Indiana summers. After lifeguarding in high school and college, I eventually found my PASSION helping people financially!

In 1992 I became a professional Mortgage Consultant, licensed in the State of Colorado and am a member of the Colorado Association of Mortgage Professionals. Today, I love the outdoors; hiking, biking or jogging for exercise. Exploring the ghost towns of Telluride, rappelling in Moab and scuba diving in the Caribbean are a few of my favorite adventures. Currently, I’m taking a firearms course to develop my skills and join my husband and son in the hobby of target shooting. On the weekend you’ll find me reading an interesting novel (boring books I don’t generally finish) or container gardening on my deck. Serving our community, I devote personal time to Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels.

I grew up and went to high school in the Denver metro area. After graduating, I moved eastward to Florida and Maine for a few years before eventually attending college in Boston. I relocated to Denver in the late 1990s, and shortly thereafter in 2003 became a Mortgage Loan Originator — a field I have been active in ever since. Outside of work, I spend my time playing music, reading, spending time with my family, and enjoying the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. I have been married since 2000 and have two children.

My parents brought me across the pond in 1990 as refugees from Russia. I grew up in Colorado Springs and Joined the US Army in 2006. I became a Special Operations Combat Medic and was incredibly fortunate to work in the special operations environment for most of my military career. When I returned home from the military, I settled down in Monument Colorado and met my wife shortly after. I left Medicine and received a finance degree using my GI bill and began my finance career as a financial advisor with MassMutual of Colorado. I then worked for United Launch alliance in the DTC area. I finished my career with ULA as a Project Planner & Controller for Major Development and IRAD to be a stay-at-home father. While raising my children I became a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. I have two children that are the greatest blessing in my life and an incredible wife who has been there for me since 2013. I am a disabled veteran and care deeply about the military community. I Became a mortgage broker with Peak Lending Team so that I can best serve the military and civilian communities by offering the best the mortgage industry has to offer. I am deeply blessed to live the “American Dream” and want to help as many as I can achieve the same goals through home ownership. I am bi-lingual in English and Russian and I’m here to help and serve you. I’m looking forward to working with you.

I grew up watching all of my family work in real estate (if you can't tell by the matching last names), so you could say mortgages are in my blood. I started working as a loan officer assistant summer of 2021 after completing 60 hours of sales and leadership training with some of the best coaches in the industry. Before that, I graduated in the spring of 2021 with a bachelors of science in cell biology and neuroscience with the intent of working in the medical field, but helping families buy their dream home is just as satisfying.

On a more personal note, I grew up in the rocky mountains in Colorado and left my small town for Los Angeles, California when I was 18 years old. It didn't take long for me to realize I was a mountain girl at heart so I moved to Switzerland followed by Bozeman, MT where I graduated from Montana State University. I highly enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family in my free time.

I started in the Mortgage Industry In 2012 working as an in-house processor for a small brokerage in Colorado Springs. After 4 years, I decided to start my own contracting business and have been a third-party processor Since 2016. As a third-party processor I have been honored to be a part of one of the largest lender's Processing Council for two years. I have worked with dozens of brokers and lenders, and am proficient in processing conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo and non-QM loan products.

I pride myself on communication and a smooth loan process. It is my desire and job to make the entire loan process as stress free and seamless as possible. My communication skills have been recognized by our borrowers as clear and kind and personable.

On a personal note, I have lived in Colorado Spring since 2000 when I moved with my family from Texas. I attended Texas Tech University where I met my husband of 25 years, we have three adult children and three fur babies as well. We love the outdoors and love to hike, ski and ride our four-wheel razor up on the mountain trails. We also love to listen to live music during Colorado’s beautiful summers.

I joined the mortgage industry in 2011 kicking my career off in retail originating with Quicken Loans. Since then I have worked in many facets of the industry ranging from correspondent lending to working internally for Wells Fargo Bank. I then crossed over from direct to consumer origination to being an inside account executive for the largest wholesale lender in America, United Whole Mortgage. A choice that proved to be a great one in more ways than one as I was promoted to a team lead which made me 1 of 4 female leaders in the sales department and It is where I met my future husband. We had our first baby in April of 2020, a true COVID-19 baby. This forced me to hang my AE hat up and stay home to care for her as the world around us shut down. I could not stay away long because I was offered a loan processing job which allowed me to work from home and be with my daughter. After a few years of processing and another baby girl added to our family the opportunity to work with Shannon fell into my lap and I ran at the opportunity to work with the best in the industry. I love everything about the mortgage industry, even the ups and the downs of the different markets. The greatest feeling in the world to me is to help clients into a new home or save money on their current one.
On a personal note, I am located in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan. I have two daughters named Penelope & Eleni. We have a big fat Greek family who I love to death and I'm obsessed with interior design and home renovation shows.

I started in the industry in 2014 as a loan processor then opened my own company, CQ processing, in 2016. I started to work with Shannon and Dave a year later and have never looked back. Since then, I’ve processed hundreds of loans and assisted with each one closing on time. My goal is to make the approval process as smooth and pain free as possible by using my extensive experience and expertise.

I grew up in Colorado Springs so I’m a true Colorado native, but since have moved to New Braunfels, Texas. In my free time I love to spend time with my adult daughter and two teenage sons doing activities like floating the river, hiking, and traveling. Of course, I can’t forget to leave out my two furry children, Boji and Pupper, a yorkie and a cairn terrier.

After 14 years of practicing Chiropractic I decided to join my sister-in-law, Heather Cathey, as a Loan Processor. While I loved Chiropractic work and the patients I was able to treat, in 2020 I felt called to make the move to the mortgage industry which allowed me to work from home. The events of 2020 turned a lot of things upside down, however it also blessed me immensely. I now love my new career-helping borrowers achieve their dreams, whether it be purchasing their first home, refinancing or purchasing an investment home. I aim to make the loan process as smooth and simple as possible for each one of our borrowers.
I am originally from New Mexico but moved to the beautiful state of Colorado in 2018 with my Colorado Native husband of 15 years and our two amazing children. We have since adopted a sweet dog named Lexi. As a family we love to camp, hike, ski and host BBQs with our neighbors, friends and family. We are also known to love a good game night!
